CHRIS DERATO

Chris Derato has been actively involved in the Central Florida mortgage community since 1972. During that time, he held several positions in the local Mortgage Bankers Association; was area manager for several national mortgage lending firms; and owned his own construction company, while at the same time made possible over 5,000 loans to satisfied customers. Many of those loans were to repeat customers and/or their friends who were referred to Chris. He has an envious reputation as a service oriented professional who works with each client with care and integrity. He also lectures on Financial Planning and offers this service free to his mortgage clients.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a former Air Force officer. He married his wife, Dottie in 1967. She is an elementary school teacher with Seminole County. Chris & Dottie have two children who are both graduates of Florida Universities.
